Even taking Mondrakers disregard for 'the norm' into account we found ourselves shocked by the new Forward Geometry concept at first. It's minimal stem responsiveness matched to extended wheelbase stability takes a few runs to get used to on the trails too, however, once dialled in it delivers control and confidence on the most extreme trails that conventional bikes can't get close to matching. Once you 'get it' we reckon you won't want to ride anything else however if you don't 'get it' then don't worry, the same brilliant Zero suspension system and Stealth frames are available in the traditional formats (but still with abnormal performance) too.
