Mondraker was flying in 2016. We're not just talking in terms of the popularity of the brand, but the success on the race circuit too. Only in 2015 Mondraker announced the signing of 2011 World DH Champion, Danny Hart and in 2016, we saw him win the World Championships on board his Summum Pro Team Carbon. That's a pretty big deal, but what makes it all the more special was the Val Di Sole win was backed up by Laurie Greenland & Florent Payet respectively, all riding the same bike! 1st, 2nd and 3rd place to the Mondraker Summum Carbon. We can't wait to see what comes in 2017!
Claiming the entire podium isn't just coincidence, Mondraker 's revolutionary Forward Geometry has redefined how mountain bikes are designed. Mondraker first delivered their long top-tubes and super short stems on the Foxy which quickly won favour amongst the worlds' cycling press. The long wheel base of the bikes inspired confident handling and grip at speed, while the short stem made steering super precise and responsive. Fast forward to 2017 and Forward Geometry, along with the responsive and non-pedal-induced Zero Suspension can be found across most of the range from the all-new Prime+ hardtails to the enduro-slaying Dune Carbon.
Adding to the range in 2017, Mondraker offers the Factor, offering a mid-travel full suspension bike with regular, or 2.8"+ tyres. The Prime+ is probably the ultimate aluminium trail hardtail, while the newly expanded e-MTB range offers an e-bike platform for any off-road rider looking to experience what the best in electronic motors and batteries can offer.
