Okay, how do we get you your stuff?

Here at Silverfish UK we offer a fast and efficient service and we will do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible. Free shipping is offered on all orders over £60 (inc VAT), with the exception of the locations listed below, to help make it as easy as possible for you to get your hands on the items you requested in the shortest possible time.

We try our best to get all orders dispatched within 24hrs and all orders placed before 3pm will normally be dispatched (stock dependant) that very same day. We do operate a Next Working Day service option should you need to goods a little quicker. Please note that this option is only available on orders placed before 3pm and for addresses in mainland UK (see table below for further details). Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation and if the parcel is sent via courier any tracking details will be sent to you via an email once your parcel has been processed.
