Race Face and Whistler Bike Park get Tobinated!
At the beginning of every season RaceFace like to kick things off in the Whistler Bike Park with their annual art 'installation' by artist scott Tobin.
As an official Bike Park sponsor, Race Face looks to create a little fresh branding on the hill every year. The canvas? The three well ridden wall rides that line the bottom section of the ever popular trail Crank It Up.
Every spring the call goes out to Tobin, a renowned artist with the chops to pull this type of project together in grand style. Over two days in May Tobin leaves his unique mark. The BC Interior artist has to battle the Whistler weather, the sharp angles of the wall rides and of course, the non-stop stream of riders who buzz the lower section of the trail.
As usual, the end result is a finely tuned assault on the visual cortex. We are proud to have our name on his work.
