We've long been fans of Turner Bikes here at Silverfish even before we started working with David Turner and his team, but with revised pricing for 2013 and 650B wheels there's never been a better time for you to own a Turner.

Turner has been at the forefront of MTB suspension technology since its inception in the 1980's. As a professional racer, David Turner helped designers at Rock Shox, Mongoose and AMP Research race-test and fine-tune early advancements in suspension design. After retiring from full-time competition, David worked with legendary design guru Horst Leitner to create some of the most progressive and lightweight suspension bicycle frames and forks the sport had ever seen.

Since those early days Turner have gone on to create some of the most iconic and well regarded mountain bikes ever produced. In 2013 Turner released the all new 650B Burner, a bike which name is a nod back to the original 1994 Burner which kick started Turner Bikes and propelled them on to the world stage and into the cycling media. Back then, Turner's mantra was to construct high quality mountain bikes using the best suspension platform available and to construct all of their aluminium frames in the USA using bushings at all pivot points rather than ball bearings. Since those early days Turner Bikes outlook on bike construction has changed very little along and in 2013 neither has the price.

In 1996 you could purchase a Burner XC or DH frame for £1595 inc shock while in 2013 the all new DW-Link equipped Burner with 650B wheels and Kashima rear shock has an SRP of just £1695 an increase of just £100 (an increase of just £5.88 per year) in 17 years. But it's not just the Burner which has its pricing adjusted for 2013 as the 29"" wheeled Sultan and DH track shredding DHR have also seen a massive drop in their recommended retail prices.

This amazing pricing means that you can now purchase Turner frames at the following prices.

Burner Raw - £1,695

Burner Ano - £1,895

Sultan Raw - £1,695

Sultan Ano - £1,895

DHR Raw - £2,195

DHR Ano - £2,295
