MBR review E*13's Dual ring chain device, here's what they had to say:

Designed as a lightweight chain device for hard-core hard tails, trail and all mountain bikes, the Heim 2 comes complete with a "TurboCharger" thermoplastic bash guard, stepped roller and ISCG05 or BB mounted backplate. At 170g for the 36t ISCG05 model was tested, it certainly is pretty light, but it still feels plenty tough enough and up to the job. We fitted it to our Lapierre long termer before heading for a tough two weeks in the Alps and it proved a doddle to fit and fool-proof to set up. The flexible, impact resistant bash guard - which features webbing that acts like a crumple zone and is on the outside face making it easier to clean - took some serious rock clout without permanent damage. The roller kept the chain on 99% of the time, all you could ask of a single roller set-up. The stepped design also allowed the use of double chain rings with no issues. On a couple of occasions, maybe due to an excess of dust and a slight lack of maintenance, the roller jammed up and got a little chewed by the chain but it freed easily by a quick strip and lube, a 5-minuite job. The Heim2 is not quite fit and forget but that shouldn't count against an otherwise well thought out and well-priced item that will keep your chain in place through all but the gnarliest, full-on DH terrain.
