Hi, we do not like to recommend frame or bike sizes over the internet as factors such as riding style etc also need to be taken into account. This will depend entirely on the conditions and frequency of use; if you're riding every day in the rain and mud then it would be worth doing once a week, but most riders won't need to use them more than once a month, if that.
