Territory Sales Manager (P&A) - South/South East
At Silverfish, we don’t just distribute bikes and gear - we live for the ride.
Since ’99, we’ve been hooking up the UK’s top bike shops with next-level brands like Fox, Race Face, Yeti Cycles, 100%, SDG, Marzocchi, Michelin, and more. We’re all about bringing the best products, the best service, and the best experiences to the cycling community.
With big plans for growth across the UK, Germany, Austria, Benelux, and beyond, we’re on the hunt for a Territory Sales Manager (P&A) to take charge of the South/Southeast England region. If bikes are in your DNA, you’re a natural at building relationships, and you want to be part of a fast-moving crew shaping the future of cycling retail, then this is your calling.
Your Mission; you’ll be at the front line, driving success by:
- Growing sales & supporting retailers to deliver top-tier customer experiences.
- Launching products with impact through killer Go-to-Market strategies.
- Carving out a strong market position for our world-class brands.
- Making our brands unmissable and helping retailers see real value in partnering with Silverfish.
Success here isn’t just about numbers—it’s about getting riders stoked on our brands and turning them into loyal fans. We work with the best brands and the top retailers. Now, we need you to grow that network.
What you’ll be doing
Own your territory. This is your zone, your customers, your business to grow. We want someone who’s got hustle, takes the initiative, and always brings value to the table. That means:
- Living and breathing the market - building relationships, spotting opportunities, making moves.
- Hitting the road - daily retailer visits, strategic territory planning, staff training and turning conversations into sales.
- Showing up where it matters - industry events, expos, and trade shows.
- Boosting sell-through at retail - offering expert guidance and support.
- Keeping the pipeline flowing - managing forecasts and investments like a pro.
- Collaborating with the Silverfish team to smash UK-wide sales goals.
At Silverfish, we work hard and ride harder - so when Friday rolls around, we want someone who’s grabbing their bike and hitting the trails!
Beyond the sales game, we need someone strategic, commercially sharp, and ethically driven - because doing good business matters just as much as doing big business.
Who you’ll be working with: you’ll report to the UK Sales Manager, working closely with the wider UK Sales Team and our awesome Support Crew.
At Silverfish, it’s all about teamwork. We back each other up, throw regular events to bring the crew together, and believe in building solid relationships - not just in-house, but with our retail partners too. We’re here to help them win, offering market insights, coaching, and product know-how to keep them ahead of the game.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of sales experience in your region, in the cycling industry.
- A partnership-first mindset - you know how to build and maintain killer customer relationships.
- A road warrior mentality - this is a field-based role, so expect four days on the road per week for customer visits, training, events, and networking.
- A results-driven approach - proven ability to smash sales targets and deliver commercial wins.
- Location: South/Southeast England, ideally near M4/M25/M3 for easy travel.
Why ride with us? At Silverfish, our people are everything. That’s why we offer:
- Competitive salary (DOE).
- Company van, laptop & phone.
- 25 days annual leave (rising to 27 after 3 years).
- Discretionary company bonus.
- Shorter working week; Monday-Thursday 9:15 am-5:30 pm, Friday 2:30 pm finish.
- Cycle to Work Scheme & retailer discounts.
- Employee discounts on Silverfish brands.
- Pension scheme (post-probation).
We’re all about passion, progression, and community - so if you want to grow with a crew that gets it, this is your chance.
Ready to ride? If you’re looking for a role that blends bike culture, commercial success, and community building, we want to hear from you.
Apply today and let’s build something epic together.
Closing date for applications Monday, 31st March 2025.
