Website Manager (E-Commerce and Digital Growth)
Maternity Cover – Minium 9 Months
Based in Saltash, Cornwall or Risca, South Wales.

With strong momentum across the UK, Germany, Austria and Benelux, we’re looking for a Website Manager to join the team for a maternity cover contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with a sharp commercial mindset and a love of digital performance to build on a strong foundation and help push our ecommerce channels even further.
Your Mission
The Silverfish website is a key touchpoint for riders and retailers. It showcases our brands, our products and what we stand for, so it needs to perform with confidence, clarity and energy.
As Website Manager, you’ll focus on the performance and optimisation of our digital platforms. The overall design and brand presentation are already in a great place, so your role is about sharpening usability, boosting commercial outcomes and ensuring the site continues to deliver an excellent experience for every visitor. You’ll lean into analytics, CRO, SEO, and user behaviour to help drive meaningful growth.
Working within the Marketing team and partnering with Commercial, Sales and IT, you’ll apply insight and creativity to make sure our site remains fast, intuitive and commercially strong across all ecommerce journeys.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Updates and Website Administration
- Launch new and updated products with accurate, engaging listings supported by brand supplied content
- Work with brand partners to ensure imagery, copy and product data are consistently high quality
- Keep the catalogue clean and current by removing sold-through or outdated listings
- Update wider site content including news, careers and information pages to maintain freshness and relevance
E-Commerce and Conversion Optimisation
- Use analytics and behavioural insight to spot opportunities to lift conversion rates and customer retention
- Refine copy, CTAs and layouts to support user intent and turn interest into sales
- Run A/B and multivariate testing to improve performance of product pages, banners and checkout flows
- Align on-site activity with commercial focus areas, campaigns and seasonal priorities
- Track and report on ecommerce KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, CPA and revenue contribution
Website Development and UX
- Own the user journey end to end, ensuring navigation, categories and landing pages are clear, logical and conversion friendly
- Collaborate with our development partner to scope and deliver improvements that enhance UX and commercial performance
- Keep informed about ecommerce best practice and emerging opportunities
Marketing and Promotional Activation
- Work closely with Commercial and Marketing to bring campaigns and brand stories to life across the site
- Set up and manage promotions, offer codes and digital banners that support visibility and sales
- Support product launches with optimised on-site presentation and messaging
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO and SEM)
- Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on quality traffic and commercial outcomes
- Identify valuable keyword opportunities and optimise content to support growth
- Partner with Marketing on paid activity to ensure alignment and performance
- Monitor rankings, traffic and ROI, translating insight into improvements
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Use Google Analytics 4, Adobe Commerce and heatmapping tools to understand user behaviour and identify optimisation opportunities
- Review funnel metrics including conversion rate, abandonment and AOV
- Provide clear reports with insight led recommendations
- Present monthly updates to senior leadership
- Work with the Business Improvement Manager and tech partners to maintain stability, speed and security across the site
Team Leadership
- Line manage the Website Admin Assistant, providing guidance, feedback and support for their development.
- Define schedule and workload management based upon product launch calendar. Using reports to identify gaps, backlogs or prioritisation needs.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Demonstrable experience managing and optimising ecommerce websites
- Hands-on knowledge of CMS platforms such as Adobe Commerce, Magento or Shopify
- Strong understanding of UX, online merchandising and conversion optimisation
- Proven ability to use analytics to drive growth
- Experience with CRO, A/B testing and behavioural data
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM with measurable outcomes
- Strong copywriting ability and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and confident IT literacy
- Experience using GA4, Tag Manager or similar tools
Desirable
- Experience in the cycling or outdoor sports industry
- Experience mentoring or managing others
- Genuine passion for cycling and the brands Silverfish represents

Customer Service and Warranty Technician
Based in Saltash, Cornwall

As we continue to grow across the UK and Europe, we’re looking for a motivated, practical, and bike mad specialist to join our Customer Service and Warranty crew. Based at Silverfish HQ, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, keeping our retailers and riders supported, and our warranty and service flow running smooth.
Your mission
You’ll be a great connection point between Silverfish HQ, our brand partners, our sales team and our network of brilliant bike dealers. This isn’t just a desk job. You’ll be hands on, proactive, and properly involved. From diagnosing issues on the bench to sorting claims and keeping customers in the loop, you’ll help make sure every rider gets the best experience with our brands.

What you’ll be getting stuck into
- Deliver first class customer service every time, to independent bike dealers and consumers.
- Jump on the phones, live chat and email to help process orders and add value when the moment is right.
- Be the go-to for all customer enquiries, order queries, technical questions, and service support across our brand portfolio.
- Diagnose faults on bikes and components, then recommend the right fix fast and clearly.
- Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately, following brand and Silverfish best practice.
- Keep customers updated with clear timelines, progress, and outcomes. No black holes, no chasing.
- Handle returns credits and exchanges, with accuracy and pace.
- Manage accounts and backorders so dealers stay stocked and stoked.
- Share product feedback and recurring issues internally so we keep improving the ride.
- Maintain workshop standards and flag any workshop needs to the Customer Services Manager.
- Step in and troubleshoot technical issues when the Customer Services Manager is off site.
- Repair and service demo bikes and components including hydraulic brakes, droppers, wheels, drivetrains, and other shiny things.
- Support internal product training when needed.
- Get involved at trade shows or brand events when required. We show up properly.
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- Experience in customer service, warranty, sales support, or workshop roles within cycling or outdoor.
- Solid understanding of bikes, components, and how the UK bike trade works.
- Confident on the tools with strong fault finding and repair skills.
- Calm, helpful, solutions first mindset.
- Clear communication that makes customers feel looked after on phone, email and Live chat.
- Organised, switched on, and happy juggling priorities in a fast-paced team.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and keen to learn our systems.
- Ability to repair and service hydraulic and pneumatic cycling equipment
Desirable:
- Cytech Level 3 or equivalent mechanical qualification.
- Experience with suspension systems, e-bikes, and major component brands such as Shimano, SRAM etc.
- Wheel building qualification or solid wheel building experience.
- A couple of years in a similar customer service, warranty or technical support role.

Internal Sales Representative

Your Mission
You’ll be the engine room of our sales operation, supporting our field sales team, building strong relationships with our retailers, and making sure every customer gets that first-class Silverfish experience.
This role is all about action. You’ll be the first port of call for our customers, make outbound calls to our dealer network, and keep the wheels turning behind the scenes to keep our customers stocked, supported, and stoked.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the voice of Silverfish to our retailers, delivering first-class service, solving problems fast, and always adding value.
- Drive sales through regular outbound calls, sharing the latest promotions, products, and brand stories.
- Partner with our field sales team to maximise their time on the road and ensure our customers get seamless support.
- Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our world-class brand portfolio.
- Manage customer orders, backorders, and day-to-day enquiries with accuracy and care.
- Collaborate with the wider team to launch targeted sales initiatives and report on success.
- Keep retailers informed with new product updates, marketing assets, reviews, and event info.
- Represent Silverfish at trade shows and events when needed - helping make our brands unmissable.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales or customer support within the outdoor, sports, or cycling industry
- A solid understanding of bikes, bike parts, and the UK cycling scene
- A confident communicator who knows how to build genuine customer relationships
- A proactive self-starter; highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling priorities
- Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- A team player who loves being part of a high-energy crew and isn’t afraid to get stuck in
Bonus points if you’ve got experience in the motocross industry or similar performance sports sectors.
