- To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a UK resident aged 18+.
- This Promotion is only available to retail customers (e.g. not to any reseller or business customers).
- Products must have been purchased from a UK based retailer (purchases from retailers based in Eire, Isle of Man, Channel Islands are not eligible).
Trade-in cash back shall be paid by way of bank transfer and participants must have a UK bank account in order to receive the cash back. No other payment method is available.
We will endeavour to make payment within 30 working days of receipt of your claim.
Participants can claim for a maximum of three products, one from each product category (fork, shock, seat post).
The Promotion covers products bought between 1st February and 30th April 2019 inclusive and claims must be received by us by midnight on 31st May 2019 to be eligible for cash back.
Participants who purchase a new (i.e. not second hand) Marzocchi suspension product listed in column A Table 1 (below) from an authorised UK Marzocchi stockist during the promotion period (refer to the Silverfish stockist page for details) can on submission of proof of purchase and a suitable trade-in item can claim to receive the cash back sum shown in column D Table 1 (below) subject to these Terms and Conditions.

What Marzocchi I products can I trade-in against?
- All new 2019 fork, shock, seat posts from Marzocchi are eligible for Trade-In (see Table 1 for full list).
What type of fork, shock or seat post can I trade-in?
- Anything you like. As long as it is the same category of product as you are buying, i.e. fork for a fork, shock for a shock etc.
What if the trade-in component is in really bad condition?
- It doesn’t matter – we’ll take any component in any condition.
How much will I get for my old components?
- The amount you save depends on what you buy:
- Seat post = £50
- Shock = £75
- Fork = £100
Can I return or exchange a Marzocchi product that I bought via the Trade-In promotion?
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
