Keeping the wheels turning

At Silverfish we have taken a range of important steps so our staff and customers are protected, and we can maintain the highest level of support and service to you. In line with Government guidelines we have risk assessed our premises, details of which can be found here. Right now, with lots of people turning to bikes we’re seeing strong demand so our teams are exceptionally busy but we are doing everything we can to keep you riding.

 

Product Availability

With high demand and some disruption to international deliveries we may have some situations where we are out of stock on certain products.

We are doing everything we can to minimise these gaps. In the meantime, on our website you will be able to see dates when we expect new deliveries. You can also request an email to tell you when we are in stock or for trade customers place back orders for out of stock items.

 

Deliveries

Our warehouse team are working hard so we can continue to operate five days a week and offer same day dispatch on all orders placed before 3pm.

 

Getting in touch with us

We are here to answer your questions about our products, help with orders and offer you the best possible service. We have slightly fewer members of staff working, so it might take us a little longer than usual to get back to you.

If you need to contact us, we ask you where possible to do so by email at sales@silverfish-uk.com. This is the quickest and most efficient way for us to respond.

If your enquiry is urgent you can contact us via the Live Chat function on our website or by telephone on 01752 843882 and we will do our very best to respond.

Please note we have introduced working from home where possible and slightly reduced our office hours but you can reach our Sales, Warranty, Accounts and Marketing teams as follows:

  • Monday to Thursday – 9am to 5:30pm
  • Friday – 9am to 2.30pm
