Silverfish Returns/Warranty

Please use this page to submit NEW warranty, return and service claims. If you have an open claim with us and wish to find out the status of it, please get in touch by using the Contact Us page.


  • CONSUMER WARRANTY CLAIMS:

    If you've managed to do the unthinkable and broken or bent any of the products that we distribute please contact your dealer as soon as possible who will be happy to inspect the damage and process any warranty claim on your behalf.

    Simply take the product back to your dealer along with a copy of your original sales receipt and they'll do the rest. We realise that any time off your bike is a hard thing to bear which is why we operate one of the most efficient warranty departments in the business, ensuring that you're back on your bike as soon as possible.



  • DEALER WARRANTY CLAIMS:

    Please use the form below to contact us regarding your warranty claim. Please provide us with as much information as you can. For bikes and frames this will include Model, Year, Date of purchase and Frame Number (and serial number of Rear Triangle if applicable). Ensure you have two good quality photographs of the failure and a full photograph of the frame/bike for any follow up correspondence. The more information we have, the quicker we can process your claim. On receipt of your claim, we will contact you within 2 working days to let you know what to do next.


  • RETURN:

    We hope you are extremely happy with your Silverfish purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please complete the form below within 7 days of receiving your product and we will happily give you a full refund.

    We will only process a return if it is received back within 7 days of the delivery date of the product. Any item received after this time, could mean that you have to pay extra costs to get the item returned to you. Furthermore, failure to follow the instructions on the returns email may result in delays in processing your request.


  • SERVICE:

    We offer servicing of Formula brakes and RaceFace bottom brackets. If you wish to pay for a service, please use the form below to register your request. On receipt of your completed form we will contact you within 2 working days. Please provide us with as much information as possible. The more information we have, the quicker we can process your request
