Servicing & Warranty Form

We offer a service reservation system for servicing of FOX Forks, Shocks and seatposts so you can choose in advance the day that your service will be performed. We strongly encourage you to use this facility to minimise downtime and maximise ride time. However, we do accept un-reserved services on a first come first served basis but we are unable to guarantee the turnaround time as priority will be given to reserved work.

Please first complete the booking form below providing us with as much information as possible, including a brief description of any issues you may be having. The more information we have, the quicker we can complete your service.

Once submitted you’ll then be taken to the reservation page where you can choose to reserve your service slot.

SERVICE PRICELIST

Do not send in suspension covered in mud!
Muddy components will slow down the service process.

Please tick this box if you expressly request us to start to supply the suspension servicing and tuning services on receipt of your equipment and before expiry of the 14 day cancellation period. By ticking this box, you acknowledge that if you exercise your right to cancel the contract for the provision of these services during the 14 day cancellation period, you will be liable to pay us a reasonable amount for the supply of the suspension and tuning services up to the time of cancellation. You also acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel the contract for these services once the suspension and tuning services have been fully performed by us. Please note – if you do not tick this box we will wait 14 days after receiving your equipment before starting your service or tune. For more information regarding your rights to cancel the contract and the 14 day cancellation period, please refer to our terms and conditions.
