We’re stoked to announce that we’re now offering three levels of training to further enhance your Fox product knowledge. We have comprehensive training offering from good setup practices to full product rebuilds. At every level of Fox tech, we’ve got your training needs covered.

Level 1: ‘Setup Friday’

At the Silverfish Service Centre our setup Friday sessions have been incredibly popular and highlighted the need for greater product setup knowledge in the market. This course is suitable for all levels of shop staff from sales to workshop. Our experienced technicians will demystify the Fox setup guides with real world demonstrations and examples. Empower your shop staff to help customers get the most out of their Fox suspension and ultimately the bike it’s attached to. Run in groups of up to 10 for half a day at our Risca Service Centre, Cost £50 per person.

Level 2: Service Procedures Master Class

Suitable for all levels of bike mechanics, from servicing suspension for the first time to experienced mechanics looking to sharpen up your skills on the latest Fox products. Our experienced technicians will take you through a series of the Fox service procedures, enhancing the processes by injecting all their tips and tricks learnt over the decades.

Run in groups of up to 5, £100 per person for a full day

Level 3: Your Course, Your Way. 

We'll tailor the training curriculum to fit your specific dealer requirements and will contact you before your session to check on any specific areas you wish to cover.

KEY SUBJECTS INCLUDE:

•    General rear shock or fork maintenance.
•    In depth servicing of specific shock or fork model.
•    Fault finding tips across all products.
•    Shock or fork tuning.
•    Transfer Post servicing.

Run one-to-one £250 for a full day, up to 2 additional staff members may join for an additional £125 per person.

Please note that travel expenses are not covered in the cost of your training day. However, we do offer a bottomless supply of tea and freshly brewed coffee to keep you refreshed throughout the day.
