Okay, how do we get you your stuff?

Here at Silverfish UK we offer a fast and efficient service and we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible.

We aim to get all orders dispatched within 24 hours of the Order Confirmation. Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation and if the parcel is sent via courier, any tracking details will be sent to you via an email once your parcel has been processed.

My order has not been delivered

If you have placed an order and received a dispatch email but nothing has been delivered within the expected time period please click here to contact us.

My order has arrived damaged or is not correct
