WARRANTY CLAIMS

Please use the form below to contact us regarding your warranty claim. Please provide us with as much information as you can about your issue. Ensure you have a photograph of your proof of purchase. Without a proof of purchase we will not be able to process your claim. Please do not send your original proof of purchase as we’ll be unable to return it. The more information we have, the quicker we can process your claim.

Firstly, please register an account. Once registered please fill out the form below and make sure to include your account number (your username is the email address you registered with or alternatively you can find your account number within your Account Details area within My Account). Once your warranty form has been submitted, please send your warranty items to us at the address below so we can assess your claim.
