Silverfish hits 20

Now one of the UK’s most prominent cycle distributors, Silverfish UK celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2019 and is looking to celebrate. Silverfish was founded in 1999 with a few cool Canadian bike brands. Managing Director, Darren Mabbott comments: “We were just a small operation back then but growing demand and an expanding roster of desirable brands has meant we have moved location three times and expanded to a team of over fifty. What hasn’t changed is the ethos; the dedication and the excitement we get from bringing the best bike bits to our customers.    After two decades and thanks to amazing dealer support, great staff and some of the highest profile and performing brands in the bike industry we are proud of what Silverfish has become; and the story doesn’t end here that’s for sure. Our plans for this year and beyond remain as ambitious as ever.” So how do we plan to celebrate our twenty-year milestone? Firstly, over the coming weeks and months we’ll be running a series of cool promotions, to say thank you to our loyal customers for 20 years of continued support, and without which we wouldn’t be here today. Secondly, since the start of 2019 we have welcomed two brilliant new brands to the family and you can come and see the Birzman and Michelin ranges, as well as the full 100% line up, Knog, Mondraker, Yeti, Muc-Off, Easton, Race Face, E*13, Skratch Labs, SDG, Marzocchi, FOX, Backcountry Research and Sock Guy all at COREbike from 27th 29th January where the celebrations will continue. There will be free beer and gifts for all dealers who visit the Silverfish rooms - as well as lots of zombies and skulls - you’re never too old for skulls.  Come and say hello and share in the celebration.
