NEW: Peaty's Expand Holeshot Puncture Range With Biofibre Sealant

Sealant might not be the most exciting topic, but Peaty’s have been working super hard on a replacement formula for the past couple of years. The result is a totally new eco-friendly, puncture stopping, ride & race run saving Holeshot BioFibre Tubeless Tyre Sealant that has been tested flat out (pun intended) to be better than the rest.

Here's Steve to tell you all about it...

Here's The Essential Info:

  • Peaty’s Holeshot BioFibre Tubeless Tyre Sealant is a unique mix that took over two years to perfect and nearly broke the folks at Peaty’s in the process.
  • It has been verified by independent testers and the world's best racers as the fastest, most effective, most versatile sealant available.
  • Peaty’s only claim that it will seal a 6mm hole, but it has regularly healed 8mm slashes in testing.
  • Thinner and more mobile in the tyre while still achieving good sidewall cling. This makes it more reliable on initial setup - so it doesn’t drop as much pressure after the first setup.
  • Seals bigger holes quicker and more permanently by using a higher concentration of sealing compounds.
  • Less mess - black bioglitter platelets appear less messy against tyre carcasses and workshop floors.

How does it work?

  • It uses water based, ammonia free latex but the big news is the addition of new fully biodegradable cellulose fibres and specifically sized puncture plugging biodegradable (eucalyptus starch) particles. Fibres tangle up with particles and latex to create a faster, more durable seal.
  • No microplastic fibres here - they’re terrible for the environment!
  • It works with C02 inflators, -15º to 50º C temperatures, 15 - 120psi pressures, every tyre and plug imaginable, and, stays fresh for over 6 months.
  • It comes in 120ml, 500ml, 1L and 5L sizes, and despite performing significantly better and costing a lot more to make, there is no price increase over the previous sealant.
